Mingxin New Type Lead-acid Battery Cutting Sytem is widely used to cut different kinds of waste lead-acid batteries. The system is consisted of a Battery cover cutting machine, Acid collector tank,Chain conveyor and working platform. The batteries after processing by this system will be in three parts separately---Acid,Plastic shell,Lead paste/mud. The plastic shell can be sold out after washing. Lead paste/mud can be feeded into lead melting furnace directly. Overall, This system is very suitable for the battery recycling investor if who`s budget is limited or who just starting your recycling business.

Process step :

Manual feeding wast lead acid batteries---------------Hydraulic cutting lead acid battery-----------------plastic cover of the battery and body of the battery be separated --------------------- Acid collecting ------------------ vibrating separating the plastic shells,lead plate and lead mud --------------------Material Chain Plate Conveyor for collecting the material ----------------plastic shells to wasting and Subsequent recycling-------------------lead plate and lead mud to breking or melting system.
