Waste battery recycling refers to the reuse of used batteries through recycling. At present, the most widely used industrial battery in the world is lead-acid battery, and lead accounts for more than 50% of the total cost of the battery. The main technologies used are pyrometallurgical process, hydrometallurgical process and solid-phase electrolytic reduction technology. The outer shell is plastic, which can be recycled and basically achieves no secondary pollution.

Part 1
Crushing &Separating system
Battery recycling plant is based on the advanced and reasonable mechanism process that can separate the LEAD and plastic from lead-acid battery. The purity of lead can get 97%.
This process is an ECO-friendly method instead of pollution way that is based on burning and chemical processing.
This battery recycling plant, with working process from inlet of waste battery to recycled LEAD, consists of battery auto-cutter, lead acid bucket, primary crush (intelligent shredder MX800*1100), vibration screen, belt conveyor, secondary crush (battery crusher), washing tank, surge hopper, screw conveyor, gravity separation table (shaking table).
The waste lead-acid battery recycling system is Technology independently developed by our company, through the lead battery breaking and separating,separation acid, lead paste, lead grid, plastic etc..The battery feeding into the first crushing machine(4 shaft shredder) by conveyor belt, material into the water power sorting system after secondry crushing,through the principle of different density separated out of plastic and lead grid and lead paste.The electrolyte in the battery -- the waste acid is derived and recycled into the waste acid treatment system.
After crushing and separating,we get the lead mud|past ,lead particels,plastic etc.the lead mud and lead particels can be used pyrometallurgical process, hydrometallurgical process to get lead ingots.

Rotary Furnace Capacity 5.0 Ton/ Batch And its Air Pollution Control Device, Venturi Scrubber, Along with its Accessories
In this system, we recommend using a rotary furnace with high smelting purity, short smelting cycle and low energy consumption as the main furnace of lead-acid battery roughing. Converter fuel can be coke, natural gas, electricity, etc. We have three recommended converters with different output, 2 tons per furnace, 3 tons per furnace, and 5 tons per furnace with different specifications.The entire smelting system also includes refining pots, ingot casting machines, and dust removal and purification systems for each furnace body, so that the entire smelting process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free to produce lead ingots with a purity of 95%.

After the refining steps, the purity of the pure lead or lead alloy produced can reach 99.99% or above. This material can be directly provided to battery manufacturers or workshops as raw materials for the production of new batteries, thus forming a circular economy.
Part 3
Desulfurization,Purification, Crystallization system (optional step)
This system is to desulfurize and purify the electrolyte and lead mud that flow out during the crushing and sorting process, so as to ensure that no secondary pollution will be caused during the entire lead-acid battery recycling process.
At present, customers can rotate whether they need to configure purification and crystallization systems according to their own cost budgets. There are currently two different crystallization methods in the crystallization system to produce two different crystalline sodium sulfide or ammonium sulfide. Of course a desulfurization system is necessary.Here we carry out technical analysis according to the production steps of sodium sulfide crystallization.
