Lead acid Battery Recycling plant in Democratic Republic of the Congo(DRC)

During June and July 2025, our engineers flew to the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC) to help our local customer (MES) install a 2.5 ton/hour lead-acid battery crushing production line. The production line covers an area of about 700 square meters and includes shredders, crushers, plastic separators, lead briquettes separators, filter presses and other equipment.

The installation lasted a full month, including the placement of equipment, infrastructure work, installation of water and electrical circuits, equipment commissioning, and operator training. With the cooperation of the customer's workers and engineers, the commissioning work was completed in July and production began.

In actual production, the actual processing capacity of the entire battery crushing and recycling line is 3 tons per hour, the lead paste recovery rate is 98.3%, the plastic recovery rate is 96.2%, and the lead coral recovery rate is 97.6%. 3-4 workers are required.

The installation team's professional technical guidance and serious and responsible attitude were appreciated by customers.
